• Late Checkout Hours: 17:00
• Late Checkout Fee: 50% Property and Cancellation Policies Guests can do free cancellation 24 hours before arrival, any cancellation within 24 hours before arrival will be charge 100% rate for the first night of reservation. Guests will be charged 100% for the first night if guests no show after 8:00AM on check out date or second day of reservation. No payment is needed until check in.

7. No smoking in rooms, but smoking area is provided.

9. Age restriction: Check-in is only possible for guests aged between 16 and 40
